To recognize an outstanding contribution to the aims and objectives of international ski patrolling from an individual or organization.

To create an awareness within the System of the universal nature of patrolling and to show our appreciation to an individual or organization.

Any person or organization.

A nomination may be made by any National Officer or Director.

The contribution need not be directed entirely at the CSPS but may aid its involvement with other patrol organizations.

In any given year, the award may not necessarily be given, if in the opinion of the Awards Committee a suitable recipient is not evident.

The recipient's name will be engraved on the International trophy and they will receive an engraved plaque.
