CSPS to be featured on the Rick Mercer Report - 8 p.m. - January 17, 2012

On January 6, 2012, Rick Mercer spent a day with the Camp Fortune ski patrol of Gatineau Zone, Quebec Division filming a segment profiling the CSPS. The concept for the segment was "a day in the life of a training patroller."

To see honorary patroller Mercer in action, tune into the CBC television on Tuesday, January 17th at 8pm.

National Awards 2010 Each year, the Canadian Ski Patrol System presents national lifesaving awards to any regular member who has saved the life of another person under any circumstances. In 2010, six such awards were granted.

“Partners In Safety Luncheon and Press Conference” For the past three years, the CSPS has combined forces with the Insurance Brokers Association of Canada (IBAC) to host this annual event at Parliament Hill. The mutual ‘safety’ message delivered on this day in a live press conference from Parliament Hill goes out to CBC, CTV, Global and CPAC networks nationally.
